My watercolour ”Nocturno”
Main artist of the exhibition was professor Hong Chao, the National Artist of P.R. China. I was one of the five Finnish watercolour artists participating in the exhibition.

”Moscow by Night”, painted in October 2017 in Moscow. The Finnish Watercolour Society celebrates its 20th anniversary with the exhibition ”Reality and Fantasy” in the cultural centre Kaapelitehdas, Helsinki. 93 artists from Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Estonia show their works in this exhibition.

Art and Poetry at the Russian Science and Cultural Centre in Helsinki 7.-24.11.2017. Artist Group AquaNova (Marja Koskiniemi, Aulikki Nukala, Valentina Näsi) and Juri Shevtsik from St. Petersburg show works inspired by Anna Ahmatova´s poetry. Opening ceremony and seminar on 11.11. from 12 to 5 pm. Invited lecturers in the seminar are Nina Ivanovna Popova (director of the Anna Ahmatova Museum), Marina Pisarenko (director of the Lev Gumiljov Museum) from St. Petersburg, and Pirjo Aaltonen (author of ”Anna Ahmatova Fontankan talossa”). http://fin.rs.gov.ru/fi
